Yoshiki Chisaka

Profile

Born in 1986. Brown rice diet instructor. Dietary advisor.
Son of Yukio Chisaka, the proponent of the “Chisaka Diet,” which adds his own unique touch to Nyoichi Sakurazawa’s macrobiotic theory, Chisaka has been practicing brown rice since childhood.
After entering his 20s, he lived a life unrelated to dietary therapy for a while,
but after experiencing physical discomfort, he resumed eating brown rice as a form of dietary therapy.
He successfully lost 10kg in six months. He overcame his long-standing problems with cough asthma and gastroesophageal reflux disease,
and became fascinated once again by the profound physical improvement that can be achieved through a brown rice diet.

Currently, as a brown rice specialist and a successor to the “Chisaka Diet,” he uses his expertise and experience to conduct seminars and courses across the country.

I believe that “macrobiotics” is not just a diet, but a “way of life.”
If we compare macrobiotics to a tree, the basic idea of macrobiotics is like a thick trunk, with the experiences and thoughts of many people, as well as modern values, adding various branches and leaves to make it a large tree. There are people in Wa no Kai, including myself, who have different ways of thinking, but I believe that we all have the same roots. I hope to be able to convey this unwavering way of life through Wa no Kai.
